Stuart Pybus

As a highly qualified software, communication and customer service skills trainer, Stuart Pybus brings a wealth of experience to The IT Trainer. Having taught throughout the UK, USA and the Caribbean, Stuart is highly regarded as a trainer throughout the Police and corporate world. With 18 years experience in learning and development, his career now sees him embarking upon offering training and production of training material via The IT Trainer and his teaching style has a proven record of accomplishment in the teaching of IT. In the corporate world, Stuart has been involved in developing IT systems for international projects. He has experience of working on national IT projects in the UK and also experience of working in public transport systems.

Stuart holds a Certificate in Education (Post Compulsory Education and Training), a Post Graduate Certificate in Technology Enhanced Learning, Innovation and Change; both awarded by Sheffield Hallam University, and he is a qualified A1 Assessor (OCR) for NVQs/VRQ’s. Professionally, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (AMInstLM), Member of the Institute for Learning (MIfL), and, as a qualified mentor, is a Member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IoEE).

In Stuart’s spare time, he likes to go hiking and has an interest in photography. He is a keen gardener and has an allotment, where he also dedicates time to a charitable organisation assisting people with physical and mental disabilities. He is a member of Lions International and has previously had strong connections with the Scout movement and Outward Bound.
