Manchester County FA

October 2015 saw the return of The IT Trainer to Manchester County FA to facilitate a Microsoft Outlook workshop. This was commissioned by CEO Colin Bridgford as a follow-up from a previous session held in 2013, with the management team at the County FA recognising the benefits to be gained from involving the whole team in developing efficient, effective and time-saving ways of working, with Microsoft Outlook as the focal point of the learning.

Colin and his management team were delighted with the outcome and have already started to implement the new working practices, which are proving beneficial to all. Colin's email to The IT Trainer summed up the success of the session:

Morning Andy,

Just wanted to thank you for your time yesterday.  The feedback from the team meeting was of gratitude and thanks, the team members found your approach to the session to be open and very supportive, many of which were asking for further sessions similar to today.  I am sure that feedback will be referenced in the surveys completed.

I know David has given the team until next week to prepare a policy of working to be adopted by our team, empowering them to make it happen. Anyway, my emails are cleared for the day ahead, Richard has gone crazy with his tasks and has now allocated tasks for me for the whole of Thursday!

Once again on behalf of all the team, thank you and hope to see you very soon.

Kind Regards,

Colin Bridgford
